The Basics: Gollum flat-out adores Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula catfood, though my wallet does not allow me to do it too often!


I am not sure how much I buy into the organic food fad for humans, so it was only that I was able to get Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula on discount that I bought into it for my pets. Gollum, however, has not been this excited about a catfood for quite a while.

Basics

Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula is a cat food formulated for cats of any age. The Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula catfood regularly comes in a six point six pound reinforced paper bag that is priced online at $23 and in many premium cat stores for more. As a cheapskate and poor person, I do not have the resources to continually spoil Gollum at such a level, but that does not last even a month, making it one of the most expensive cat foods Gollum has tried.

The Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula food comes with uniform, triangular wedge pieces with each side being approximately 3/8” long and a thickness of around 3/16”. The little brown wedges are hard and look like what one might expect out of catfood.

Ease Of Preparation

Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula catfood is a hard catfood that comes in a large bag, so preparation only involves opening the bag and measuring out the proper serving size for your cat, as determined by its weight. Gollum mowed down on it, so it did not last even a month.

Gollum’s Reaction

This cat food smells very mealy. The Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula catfood has an aroma that is more grainy than meaty.

Every time I open the bag of Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula catfood, he comes running. Only on the infrequent times that I have overfilled his bowl did Gollum leave any of the All Life Stages Cat Formula food in it. Instead, he usually devours all of what is given to him!

Nutrition

The All Life Stages Cat Formula is a rather nutritious cat food. The guaranteed analysis of it indicates that it has a minimum of 30% crude protein and 14% crude fat. With no more than 6% crude fiber and 10% moisture, this is a food that is very balanced. Always have adequate water near your cat’s feeding area!

As well, those who are concerned about what goes into their pets will be pleased by how this is a mostly natural cat food this is, with only the bottom ingredients are chemicals. The main ingredients, however, are organic chicken, chicken meal, and organic yellow peas. While only the end of ingredient list is a chemistry equation I can barely read, the primary ingredients are all recognizable and several are even human friendly! My point is that Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula cat food is one of the healthier alternatives for cats and Gollum truly enjoys this execution of it. It does not, however, have any specific dental benefits, nor urinary tract protection built into the formula.

Overview

Ultimately, Natural Planet Organics All Life Stages Cat Formula is an expensive option, but when I want Gollum to eat, he sure obliges with this!
